So, if you are a friend of mine on FaceBook, then you know that I finished reading the Twilight books a couple of days ago. Really, really good books. I got so into those books and I am trying to understand why. My explanation is the Stephanie Meyer did such a great job at creating this breathtaking relationship between Edward and Bella that it just kept you on the edge of your seat to see what was going to happen. Reading books like that makes me want to write. I have always loved to write - always. In high school I wrote a lot of poetry, short stories and stuff like that and it has always been a secret dream of mine to become a writer. Reading those books was very inspirational, but also a little intimidating. How could I ever write something so poignant as that? Anyway, I guess I'm just rambling on now, but I highly recommend reading the series, even though they are considered "teenager" reads!
Everything else is going okay - Melissa had her 3D ultrasound and she is still having a girl and she looks just like Grayson - Isabelle Grace will be her name and I can't wait for her arrival!!! We have had numerous showings on our house, but no offers. Just a lot of good feedback, which really boggles me! Mike and I had our 9 year wedding anniversary on Saturday! NINE years! In some aspects it seems longer, like I can't remember a time without him and in others, it's like we just met. Hopefully we will be able to do something for the 10 year anniversary next year - maybe a return trip to Vegas where we spent our honeymoon. But, I would definitely settle for a trip to New Orleans!
School is great - made another A in my last class! That's a 4.0 since I started back in October. For those who don't know, I take classes through Ashford University's online program. You take one class at a time, but they are only 5 weeks long, so you have a lot of information to get through in that short amount of time. See, I should be working on my research paper right now about the Amish, so I think I'll get back to that while the girls are occupied . . .

OMG, you are a girl after my own heart. Edward Cullen is a dreamboat and I think he may want to be my life partner. Now, what to do with Jacob?
Love it!

It's funny that you are writing about the Amish. Some friends of mine dressed up as Amish folks for Halloween a few years ago. While visiting the trendy Deep Ellum in downtown Dallas, they actually caught some serious flack and ridicule for that. Surprising, really.
